Chris Carothers

Chris Carothers is a Customer Success Specialist here at C & A Scientific! He is responsible for coordinating project execution across departments as well as managing data. In addition, Chris also assists with maintaining client relationships and customer projects.

Chris has a bachelor’s degree in business administration, specializing in business management. Since graduating from college, he has worked in customer-facing roles for the supply chain industry, primarily in the customer service management and customer success fields.

Throughout his career, Chris has built long-lasting relationships with his customers. He has utilized his knowledge to work his way from managing small brick-and-mortar clients to larger enterprise clients.

Chris’s wife is his best friend, and he enjoys spending time with her and his family. In his free time, he loves to spend time outdoors, complete projects around the house, run, and cook. A quote that inspires Chris is from 2 Corinthians 5:7, “Live by faith, not by sight.”

Chris is inspired to do his work at C & A because he genuinely enjoys getting to know his customers in depth to build great relationships and better serve their business and needs. He believes his genuine interest allows him to provide a higher level of specialized service to each customer.
